Autumn Festival

What does it mean to be a contemporary today? How do we connect past and present? Is it possible to form a stage out of an entire city? Who are the daydreamers and the geniuses? Can we look at a city part the way we did before we had learnt about its past? What is common in street art and Dante? Where is the individual’s place in a network-like community? What are Hungarian artistic export and import like? What do our districts tell us about themselves? These are the questions to which Budapest Autumn Festival, along with its artists and its audience, is seeking answers.
