Árpád Schilling’s first production in Zagreb in 2018 as a director adapts a real-life event, the crime of the human trafficker with a refrigerated lorry, resulting in the loss of 71 lives. Did the involved people feel responsible and if they did, how did they process it? The director and the co-creators investigate into these issues based on the actors’ improvisations and stage a deeply unsettling Eastern European story.
